本机床采用液压传动以及先进的电器控制技术，机身选用优质铸铁，滑枕采用球墨铸铁，精心加工的道轨面保证了机器的运动精度。配有自动集中润滑装置，流量间隙均可调整。保证整个液压油路不发热。整机工作平稳可靠，珩磨工件范围大，加工效率高。适应于高精度、大批量的各种材质活塞环的珩磨加工。DX10 型为双变频特种珩磨机床，适用于外圆拉毛、滚花形状等特种环的加工。
